I suggest that you do not create another duplicate account in order to get around your Restrction.

If you create another duplicate account then not only will the new one be banned, but this one will receive a third warning for attempting to get around the rules.

On top of that we can ban your IP address... In other wods you will be banned completely.

I doubt your restriction will end. I wasn't the one who restricted you and you were warned twice about it. Those warnings were spaced out over 6 weeks and you 'chose' to ignore it at your own expenses. I'm afraid I won't do anything about it. It's only been 2 weeks of restriction and I'd say that won't end in any near future as it usually is the case. I'm sorry, but there is nothing I can do.

money21, anything you submit here (except for scans) must be created by you. You cannot submit a wallpaper that you found somewhere, even if you say you didn't make it.

Second warning and restricted. One more warning and you will be banned.

Minitokyo does not allow members to post wallpapers or artwork they did not create or use pieces of other wallpapers in your own. I suggest you read the policy before submitting any more gallery items. There will be no toleration if you continue to rip wallpapers.

This applies to members who write bad descriptions as well (too short or makes the wallpaper appear to be ripped)

By Minitokyo Policy, creating a second account is forbidden unless you have been away for quite some time and have completely forgotten your password and can't log in. But you only have seemed to left your previous account rat89 for like a week.
